Leanne is the Founder and Director of Carters, having established the company in 2010 during one of the most challenging periods for the property market following the global financial crisis. Through determination, hard work, and a genuine passion for the industry, she successfully built Carters into one of the area’s leading independent estate agents.

With over 25 years of experience in the property sector, Leanne began her career as a Junior Negotiator with a national corporate agency before progressing through the ranks and gaining extensive experience within both corporate and independent estate agencies.

Today, Leanne specialises in property valuations across Nuneaton, Atherstone and the surrounding villages. Her local market knowledge, honest advice and friendly approach have helped countless clients achieve their property goals, and she looks forward to meeting many more in the years ahead.

Outside of work, Leanne enjoys travelling, spending quality time with family and friends, and making memories with her granddaughter, Penelope, and her much-loved Springer Spaniel, Ernie.

Business Development Manager

Brandon is Business Development Manager at Carters Estate Agents, following a successful career of more than five years in education. This background has given him a strong foundation in communication, leadership, organisation and people development — skills which now support his role across the wider business.

As Business Development Manager, Brandon focuses on identifying opportunities for growth, supporting staff wellbeing and helping to manage the day-to-day operations of the business. He also has a particular interest in land, development and new homes, supporting Carters’ continued expansion in these specialist areas.

Alongside his role, Brandon is studying for an MSc in Real Estate and Property Management, supporting his long-term professional development and future application to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Residential Sales Manager

After studying Real Estate at the University of Sheffield, Alex joined Carters Estate Agents and has now been part of the team for over five years. Having started as a Sales Administrator, Alex has progressed through the business and is now proud to hold the position of Residential Sales Manager.

Growing up in Nuneaton has given Alex an excellent understanding of the local area and property market, allowing her to provide clients with honest, practical advice throughout their moving journey. Her experience across the sales process, combined with her calm and professional approach, enables her to support both buyers and sellers with confidence from start to finish.

Property has always been an industry Alex is passionate about, and she takes great pride in helping clients achieve their goals while delivering the highest possible standard of customer service. Alongside her role, Alex is continuing her professional development with the support of Carters, further broadening her knowledge and skillset.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as the occasional holiday.

Senior Valuations Manager

With over 30 years of experience in the property industry, the majority of which has been spent working across Nuneaton and Bedworth, Andy has developed an exceptional understanding of the local property market and the people who make these communities such great places to live.

As a local lad, Andy has extensive knowledge of the different neighbourhoods, property types and market trends across the area. This enables him to provide clients with clear, honest and tailored advice, helping them make confident decisions whether they are buying, selling or simply seeking guidance.

Andy firmly believes that combining modern technology with clear communication creates the foundation for a strong team and a premium client experience. His approach is professional, transparent and rooted in genuine local expertise.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys walking his three miniature dachshunds and keeping up with sport, particularly football.

Senior Business Administrator

Julie has worked in the estate agency and lettings sector for 11 years, gaining valuable experience across a range of roles in both sales and lettings.

At Carters, Julie is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, supporting the wider team and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Her role allows her to work closely with colleagues across both departments, as well as assisting clients with queries throughout their property journey.

With a broad knowledge of the industry and a helpful, organised approach, Julie plays an important part in maintaining the high standards of service Carters is known for.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys walking, gardening, eating out and spending quality time with family and friends.

With a genuine enthusiasm for property and a strong focus on client care, Charlie takes pride in building lasting relationships and helping clients feel supported from their first enquiry through to completion.

With strong local roots in Nuneaton, I know the area well — not just the main roads and postcodes, but the smaller details that really matter when people are looking for the right home.

Before joining Carters as a Sales Negotiator, I studied Law and spent several years working in the hospitality industry. Those experiences helped shape the way I work today, giving me a practical, straightforward and honest approach when dealing with people.

I believe in keeping things simple: no pressure, no overcomplication, just clear advice, good communication and a professional approach throughout. I bring energy, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to helping clients navigate every step of their move with confidence.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing football, in the gym or keeping active in one way or another. I’m easy-going, motivated and always keen to take on new challenges, bringing plenty of energy and enthusiasm to my role at Carters.

Dominic has been part of the Carters team for the past four years and has built strong relationships with clients across the local property market. His career has always centred around working with people, and he takes pride in offering a professional, approachable and tailored service to everyone he works with.

With a friendly and reliable manner, Dominic supports clients through every stage of their property journey, helping to make the letting process as straightforward and positive as possible.

Outside of work, Dominic enjoys travelling and making the most of new experiences. During the winter months, he can often be found snowboarding somewhere in Europe, while throughout the rest of the year he regularly visits London to enjoy live music, comedy shows and everything the city has to offer.

Originally from Oxford, Michael initially joined Carters on a temporary basis to support the continued growth of the Nuneaton office. Since then, he has become an integral part of the business and now leads the busy Atherstone branch.

Michael brings a practical, professional and client-focused approach to his role, supporting both the team and clients across sales, lettings and day-to-day branch operations. His ability to adapt, lead and build relationships has made him an important part of Carters’ continued growth.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys watching local rugby, and Carters are proud sponsors of Nuneaton Old Edwardians RFC.

Sales Negotiator & EPC Assessor

Nikki is a Sales Negotiator at Carters Atherstone, specialising in residential property sales, supporting clients throughout the buying, and selling process.

With strong negotiation skills, local market knowledge and a commitment to excellent client service, Nikki works hard to achieve the best possible outcomes for both vendors and buyers.

In addition to his sales role, Nikki is also a qualified Residential Domestic Energy Assessor, giving him a valuable additional understanding of property presentation, compliance, and energy performance. He also supports the lettings team from the Atherstone branch, assisting with viewings, property visits and day-to-day client care.
